According to some sources, Thanksgiving dinner ALONE ( not counting the leftovers) amounts to about 2,000 calories. (don’t shoot the messenger)
The good news is that some sources say you can burn off as much as 400 calories per hour while dancing. According to my math, all you have to do is dance for 5 hours this weekend to undo the damage.
So, pack up the dance shoes and get out on the floor!
