Burn, Baby, Burn!

Burn, Baby, Burn!

It’s that time. It’s time to begin to burn those calories we took in yesterday. According to articles I’ve read, a single serving of a Thanksgiving dinner is about 3,000-4,000 calories. That doesn’t include the breakfast yesterday morning or the second grazing after all the guests have gone home, or the rice krispy turkey I had for breakfast this morning. (One of the kids’ treats from yesterday.)

The good news is that our dance studios and venues are going to be there for us this weekend to help us burn some of that off. Here’s a few events that will assuage the guilt:

The Warehouse, Murfreesboro: 3 hour workshop on West Coast, Night Club, and Two Step
